Congratulations to the OmniSight team and its captain, Dmytro Kryhin, on their victory at OSINT Challenge 2024 — an open team-based OSINT competition organized by Security Expert Group and Global Information Space.

OSINT Challenge 2024 focused on the development of skills in searching, analyzing, and applying open-source intelligence within realistic investigative scenarios. These competencies are an essential part of modern cybersecurity and information intelligence practices.

The competition was held online from January 29 to February 10, 2024 and was open to a wide OSINT community, including students, professionals, and enthusiasts interested in testing their skills in a collaborative team format.

After the completion of all stages, the final scoreboard was as follows:

• 1st place — OmniSight (Team 4) — 177 points
• 2nd place — Cyber Rangers (Team 2) — 167.6 points
• 3rd place — ISCIP (Team 1) — 154.2 points
• 4th place — Hub.Squadron (Team 3) — 142.0 points
• 5th place — FizTech (Team 5) — 102.8 points

This competition format allows participants to practice critical thinking, effective use of open sources, and teamwork in solving complex OSINT challenges — skills that are increasingly applied not only in cybersecurity, but also in investigations, journalism, and corporate intelligence.
